The DRP syllabus
There
are two parts to the DRP which ensure the
Part 1:
The receptionist and the dental
team, effective communication, dental health and dental terminology, record
keeping, filing and simple accounting, ethics and etiquette, improving
communication skills.
Part 2:
Customer care, hazards, health
and safety, first aid, managing yourself and others, financial management,
building a successful practice.
