Our management course for new consultants demonstrates that leading at a senior level is essential and this needs the development of the right kind of leadership skills, some of which may be a departure from traditional methods; especially for those new to a consultant role. Our small group programme describes leadership and management skills necessary to work within the NHS framework and explores various views and techniques concerning leadership in large organisations. It will focus on increasing your personal effectiveness and will allow you to consider and appraise your own style currently and into the future.
