Sir Liam Donaldson, the Chief Medical Officer of England, has kindly contributed a foreword to our upcoming book, ‘Clinical Audit for Doctors’, which is due for release in November. A sneak preview of his foreword is below: ‘Audit is a valuable tool to drive quality improvement and decrease the variation between organisations’ performance against quality criteria.
